Products
We sell stair lighting controllers and sensors shipped via Packeta pickup points.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Delivery
Orders are shipped to the Packeta pickup point selected at checkout. Delivery times vary by location.
Warranty
All products carry a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. To make a warranty claim, contact info@scalior.eu with your order details.
Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact info@scalior.eu. Goods must be returned in original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
